COX.   -    Season:   September - March.      The most popular dessert apple in the U.K and widely regarded as the finest in the world. Juicy, with a rich aromatic flavour and fascinating red/green skin colour tinged with russet.

DISCOVERY.  Season:  August - September.    Our eariest variety, the flesh a creamy white with a pink tinge near the skin. A crisp, juicy apple best eaten immediately.

BRAMLEY.  Season:  Virtually all year round.   Our best known culinary variety. Bramley has a unique tangy taste and unrivalled cooking properties.

EGREMONT RUSSET.  Season:  October - December.   An unusual, light brown, russeted apple with dense texture and a distinctive nutty flavour. A connoisseur`s apple, excellent eaten with cheese.

SPARTAN.  Season:  November - March.  A bright crimson apple with a natural bluish bloom. Firm, crisp, fine-textured and juicy. Very white flesh. Clean refreshing flavour.

WORCESTER.  Season:  September - October.  An apple with a very bright red flush. Densely sweet with a strong aromatic scent and unique strawberry flavour.

GALA.  Season:  October - March.  A highly coloured apple with bright orange red flush and red stripes over gold. The creamy yellow flesh is crisp, juicy and flavour sweet and aromatic.

JONAGOLD.  Season:  October - May.  A large apple with red/orange flush, many highly coloured sports available. Crisp and juicy with rich honey flavour and cream flesh.

RED PIPPIN. Season:  September - May.  Due to it`s parentage, Red Pippin looks similar to Cox. It`s flesh is very crisp and juicy with a rich aromatic Cox like flavour. It`s available for a particularly long period.
