The Fountain.
The `Drinking Fountain` when it was situated at the `Old Fire Station` between the two doors was fed by a Spring at the Railway Station using standpipes until 1897 when the `West Gloucestershire Company` installed mains water to Thornbury.
The Fountain has a Granite Base, Gothic Canopy of local stone, and a marble tablet which is engraved.
